UTAH ..... need I say more??

Our trip to Utah this summer was FanTastic .... once we finally got there! Me and the kids flew out about a week before Wes could and we had not 1 not 2 but 3 flight cancelations/changes! Luckily we were flying out of Erie our I would have really lost it as it was I only lost it a moderate amount ;-)

Once we got to the land of milk and honey we had a great time! (warning this post is going to be long with picture overload!) We had a lot on the agenda and our families had a lot going on too, so scheduling was not always perfect and things occasionally went down the drain or kids/Mom or Dad had a meltdown here and there. But how very lucky and blesses we are to have The BEST family to visit and the BEST cousins to play with that made all the travel and tiredness SO Very worth it! Wish we lived closer ...... one day soon I hope :-)

Ithaca, we Hardly Know Ye

Grandma, Niagara, Palmyra, The Sacred Grove, Ithaca and Brady's Graduation ...... WOW what a weekend! We were excited to cram a bunch of fun into as many days as possible! Grandma was coming out for Brady's graduation from Cornell and we got to go to Ithaca one last time :-( It's so beautiful there, but mostly we are missing having family close that we get to see once in a while! We took a bazillion pictures, but here is a collage of a few of them and the general idea of fun fun fun!

Baby Abe and Ithaca

Grandma Ewing came out in March to meet new Baby Abe! Yes another flight east for her, she had time to wash her clothes and pack up again! We were all really excited to go to Ithaca and see the new little Chunky Spud and of course the B&B, I&A Ewing family! Eli was super proud of his new "little" brother 9lbs 3ozs! He was such a cute baby and is growing like a weed! The picture of Dylan by the TV shows his mario kart 1st place win, it's what he was doing while we were cooing over the baby :-)

I love Ithaca, probably not as much as Brady and Brooke do but it is a very unique and beautiful place that we've enjoyed visiting. Thanks for letting us invade you guys once in a while.

Ithaca in the Spring

We got to go to Ithaca for a weekend in May. What a beautiful place! Brady and Brooke and Eli let us invade their house for a couple of days and showed us around their NY town.

Wes got to go sailing on the lake with Brady one morning. The we all played at the lake (forgot the name, it's one of the finger lakes) played at the park, got to see a couple of water falls and ate some really yummy NY pizza oh and how could I forget Nathans hot dogs ... the Best! Reagan was dared to jump in the lake (still pretty cold) and was bribed with a new outfit from Brooke if she did it. She got everything but her head wet, so of course us girls just had to do a little shopping, yeah. It's Brooke's specialty and Reagan and I love going with her! Glad we have them living sort of close to us again, it sure has been nice to see them once in a while. Maybe we can just keep following them around the country .... the USA not the world B&B.
